Machine operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Setup: Set up machines before the production process, ensuring they are calibrated correctly for specific foil manufacturing tasks.
2. Operational Duties: Operate machines and equipment according to established procedures, safety guidelines, and production schedules.
3. Monitoring: Continuously monitor machine operations, including speed, temperature, and other relevant parameters, to ensure smooth and efficient production.
4. Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on foil products to identify defects or irregularities. Remove substandard products and report issues to supervisors or quality control personnel.
5. Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts, to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
6. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and technical issues promptly. Collaborate with maintenance technicians for more complex repairs.
7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.

Qualifications and Eligibility:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not always mandatory.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery is an advantage.

Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand and operate complex machinery.
• Attention to detail to identify defects and irregularities in foil products.
