Jai is a highly accomplished professional with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from SRM University, Chennai, and an MFAB Graduate from the Indian School of Business. He has brought significant technical advancements and systematic change to the mining and construction sectors of the group. In 2017, he established the group’s presence in key states within South India, expanding the core mining business. Currently, he oversees the group’s mining operations in the southern half of the country and manages the complete Hospitality division. Jai has excelled in managing a diverse portfolio of companies, including Hospitality, Mining and Crushing, Plastic Recycling, Logistics, and Operations. With a focus on innovation and excellence, he continues to drive transformative changes in the mining and construction sectors, ensuring the group’s growth and operational efficiency.

Jigar is a diverse and proficient professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a Certification in Capital Market from Bombay Stock Exchange, and a Masters degree in MSc Finance and Investments from Aston University, UK. Jigar has over 9 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the UK and has established processes and departments in fast-growing companies. He played a key role in the day-to-day management of factory and operations at Bristol Laboratories Ltd, and he’s an expert in managing supply chain and logistics. Jigar is also the Executive Director of Trefoil Packaging Pvt. Ltd, diversifying the promoter family’s portfolio into the Aluminium Foil Manufacturing Sector.

Varun Jhabakh is a young and dynamic entrepreneur, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business, and has double majored in Finance and Technology Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, USA. He also holds a Post Graduate Degree in Family Business Management from the Indian School of Business. Besides having a strong educational background, Varun also has an exceptional career track record. He started his professional journey as a Sales & Marketing intern in the Automotive sector in 2008. Varun was also the 1st Dealer for ISUZU in the country in 2013, and was bestowed with the responsibility of Market Research, product development and feedback by ISUZU India. With no prior experience in the commercial vehicle space, he also established the Isuzu Business for Mahavir Group from the ground-up, making it a 100Cr company. The extensive knowledge and understanding of the market, followed by the success of the Isuzu brand, resulted in him becoming a part of the 5 member ISUZU Dealer Advisory Council. Varun also holds a Directorial position in Mahavir Group’s Automobile Dealership business, that represents Mercedes Benz, Skoda and Benelli Motorbikes. Varun Jhabakh has further diversified the Mahavir Group Business portfolio by entering the Aluminium Foil Manufacturing Sector as the Executive Director of Trefoil Packaging Pvt. Ltd. The Aluminium Foil Rolling and Converting company employs the latest in technology with innovative solutions and also houses the largest Aluminium Foil Manufacturing setup in South India, catering to all domestic and international demands.
